Every project is governed by a written proposal or agreement covering scope, pricing, delivery milestones, and support expectations.

Intellectual property and code ownership transfer to the client as defined in the signed agreement. Any third-party service fees remain the client’s responsibility unless explicitly included.

Support, revisions, and new feature work are handled according to the agreed engagement model or maintenance plan.
